Summary:
I made a simple layout to match Vista's look and feel. I didn't want to create a Windows Media Player clone, but you can probably call it that at this stage (I wanted something similar to both WMP and Photo Gallery).

Just drag the "PanelsUI" and "images" folders to your Foobar installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\Foobar 2000).

To disable Vista's glass effect: Edit the layout under "Preferences / Panels UI / Edit Layout" and change the value of vista from 1 to 0.

* foo_uie_quicksearch
* foo_playcount


The "ratings" section in the playlist is not clickable (a limitation of Panels, as far as I know), but the ratings will change based on the play count of the song. You can tweak the variables under the Item Display in SCPL.

I tried to leave as many comments in the code as I could, so anyone is welcome to modify the layout as they see fit.
